The Portuguese's transfer to the Italian champions could be finalized within the next 48 hours , according to Sky Sports.
Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes and Real Madrid president Florentino Perez are set to meet on Tuesday for talks that could lead to the 33-year-old sealing a move to Serie A.
The Serie A champions are looking to seal a club-record £88 million (€99m/$117m) deal for the Portugal star.
The 33-year old joined Madrid in the then world record fee of 80 million pound from Manchester United in the summer of 2009, and has since went on to become the club's record goal scorer with more than 400 goals, winning four champions league and two league titles during the period which has also brought other numerous titles.
