Barca star skips training as he edges closer to exit

Yerry Mina

Yerry Mina did not appear for Barcelona training on Tuesday, indicating that a move away from the club may be imminent for the defender.
With the Catalans yet to affirm that the Colombian was suffering from any injury, it appears that a deal could have been reached with one of the many clubs interested in his services.
Manchester United, Everton and Lyon have all been monitoring Mina's situation although no agreement had been reached by Monday evening, with Barcelona still holding out for a 40 million euro fee.
Mina only cost 11.8m euros in January and has no place in Ernesto Valverde's plans for the coming campaign, given that he takes up one of the club's limited non-EU squad slots with the coach also having four other centre-backs at his disposal.
Another player to miss Tuesday's workout was Marlon Santos, who underwent a specific regime in the gym, while academy duo Riqui Puig and Juan Mirandajoined the first team's session.
